GW awards at the prestigious 29th Annual
New York Book Show!!
Last week, Tom Gaskill and Rob Carangelo attended the Book Industry Guild New York Book Show, which is one of the largest award venues for book publishers in the United States. This event encourages, recognizes, and celebrates excellence in book production and design.
Publishers enter their best work to be judged in many categories.
Our customer, W.W. Norton, entered in several titles, and won top awards, including two titles that Graphic World played a part in creating.
Tindall: America, the Essential Learning Edition, an Andy Ensor project, won first-place honors. GW-St. Louis worked on the composition.
And a first place for cover design went to Ginsberg: We the People 10e, a book where GW-Tech worked on the composition and some ancillary products on with Ashley Horna.
Congratulations to W.W. Norton on the high honors and thanks to everyone involved for contributing to the success of these titles!
